Hello, Ring!

I'm Kimberly Truong, a social media strategist and creative producer based in Los Angeles.

Someone I hold in high regard once described my work as ✨B2C vibes for B2B brands✨ and I've been humble-bragging about it ever since. With Ring, I’d finally get to drop the B2B part.

I've spent 15 years helping tech companies (from Series A startups to post-IPO) build social presences that feel human. I've created content for remarkable brands like Atlassian, Postman, Regus, and Uber for Business.

I've grown communities from zero to nearly half a million followers through purely organic tactics. I've developed short-form videos for brands that had basically no following but racked up 10,000+ organic views anyway. I drove creative direction for LinkedIn paid campaigns that outperformed competitors in our space by 7x in engagement and lead gen. I built an incredibly effective executive and employee advocacy program from the ground up with zero budget.

But underneath all of it, I'm a storyteller first. I've written for film, produced podcasts, and spent my career obsessing over stories and the best way to tell them through social media. That instinct is what I'd bring to Ring. You already have the audience. What I do is make sure they feel something.

I most recently wrote and produced a fiction audio series that was featured by Apple Podcasts and iHeart — and ranked in the top 3 on Apple Podcasts' charts for Fiction and Drama. Yes, that happened.

Above are just a handful of projects I'm tremendously proud of. Some still make me laugh out loud.
